Returns and refunds
Our returns policy explains which items can be returned and the process to follow. Most unused purchases in original condition may be returned within 30 days. For defective items we will assist with repair or warranty procedures. Refunds for accepted returns are issued within 7 days of receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
