Return window and condition
Most unused products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, manuals and accessories included. If items are returned missing parts, damaged, or dirty, a fee may be applied or the return may be declined.
Items not eligible for return
Certain categories are final sale and cannot be returned: water filtration cartridges, electrical items, pumps, solenoids, special-order products, and any part that has been installed, used or altered. Please confirm compatibility and suitability before installation.

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will process the refund within 7 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Wrong item or exchanges

Defective or warranty items
